Mob hires mob prosecutor


The NHL Player’s Association, after firing the unremarkable Ted Saskins, have asked Paul Kelly to, uh, fill his void. Kelly, a former federal proscutor, had worked to put mob members in jail. He also contributed to the take down of former NHLPA director Alan Eagleson. The Oilers’ Shawn Horcoff, who can barely find the back of the net, was charged with finding a new director. He elegantly elucidated about his choice: “On top of his qualifications and everything, the biggest thing is that he’s a good communicator.”
