Napping with the Flyers

“Holy shit, am I ever tired. Think I’ll just lie down for a minute while you guys make with the fighting. Don’t mind me, I’m just going to chill over here with my concussion. I’ll see you guys at the Olive Garden after the game.”

Starfished in the corner there is Bruins star center, Patrice Bergeron, after being hit from behind by the Flyers’ Randy Jones. He would continue his nap in the hospital. It was the third WWF move from a Flyers player this season, who seem to be specializing in the dangerous cheapshot. So far, Steve Downie and Jesse Boulerice, for leveling Dean McAmmond and cross checking Ryan Kesler’s face respectively, have been assessed a combined suspension of 45 games this season. Both players have since been dismissed to their AHL affiliates. Seems the Flyers have forgotten that enforcers have long memories, and that the Bruins’ Chara is now allowed to fight. You can almost taste the impending bloodbath.
