Edmonton Investors Vow To Keep Terrible Franchise

For the third time, the investors who own the Oilers have rebuffed an offer from zillionare Darryl Katz. Katz has offered $188 million for the team which would have worked out to around double what the investors paid for it. They still said no, fearing Katz would secretly try and move the team.

The big question, though, was how a nice Jewish boy ended up named like a Sutter brother. It happened, and we’re past it. Promise, bubbele.
